Job Description:

To ensure Pacesetter's continued success, we must attract and retain exceptional talent at all levels of our organization. We are currently seeking a Talent Management Specialist to become a member of our team. This is a newly created position as a direct result of our growth and increasing demand for top talent. The immediate focus will be on attracting and acquiring talent. While talent acquisition will be the main responsibility of this role, we are seeking someone who is interested and has overall skills in talent management, as we believe that talent acquisition is integrally related to talent management as a whole.
General Responsibilities:

Effectively manage open positions.
- Proactively partners with management to understand resource needs and identify candidates.
- Identify and implement new methodologies and strategies for talent acquisition.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference and background checks, use of assessments and assisting in the interview process.
- Develops and implements sourcing and recruitment strategies such as advertising campaigns, job fairs, school programs, use of websites, use of social networks, etc.
Other Possible Responsibilities:
- Assist with research and data gathering from internal and external sources, as needed, to support talent management initiatives.
- Make recommendations regarding talent management process improvements.
- Complete analysis to define metrics and expected returns for projects.
- Assist with training design or learning development initiatives in support of talent management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in related fields.
- Experience with Internet sourcing and recruiting through social media.
- Experience working with confidential and sensitive information within all areas.
- Experience with gathering, researching and analyzing various types of information.
- Experience in MS Office software (MS Word - document creation/editing, Excel - spreadsheet creating/editing, data entry and analysis, and PowerPoint - presentation creating/editing).
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking databases.
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting and/or exceeding deadlines.
- Ability to produce accurate, high quality work in a time-sensitive fast paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and customer relationship skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
