Pacesetter Steel Service, Inc. offers steel blanking, steel punching and notching and steel shearing services. Materials include: regular, minimum, and zero spangled steel, galvanized, bonderized, cold rolled, aluminized, galvalume and pre-painted.
CNC Punching
Pacesetter's high-speed, hydraulic punch press can produce complex metal forms with diameters up to 3.5". The combination of CAD/CAM software and a speed rating of 1000 hits per minute make our CNC punching process ideal for both high volume production and short-run, pre-sheared blanking applications. |
