Houston Steel Service Center - Coil Leveling
 Pacesetter's Houston Steel Service center specializes in steel coil leveling with levelers that are capable of length and diagonal tolerances of +/- 1/64” and +/-1/32”, respectively. For coil thicknesses between 0.015” to 0.60”.
Pacesetter’s steel coil leveling equipment has integrated scissor and drop-type type stackers with hydraulic adjustments and oiling capabilities. The resulting steel coils have uniform width and flatness that improve appearances and increases the quality of finishing operations. We ensure the coil leveling process meets our customer’s requirements with quality control procedures that include:
