Galvannealed Steel

• Approximately 90% Zinc- 10% Iron
• Uses a furnace after "dipping" to convert to galvanneal.
• Coating weight is designed with an 'A'. 
            - Coating Weights: A25, A40, A60
• Galvanneal surface is dull and powdery. 
            - There is no spangle pattern or "min spangle" surface. Extra Smooth surface is optional.
• Typically No Chem Treat Dry
• Should not be painted prior to forming.
