Pacesetter's social contributions have focused specifically on children and families. Our primary involvement has been with the following groups:

- Turner Stadium (home of the Atlanta Braves) Every year, PSSI opens its suite to families of children who suffer from illness, have a disability or special needs.
Diabetes Education through Cycling

Pacesetter is the title sponsor for an elite amateur cycling team (Pacesetter Steel Service Cycling). Through bike rallies, this amateur group helps raise money for childrens associations, such as the East Atlanta Kids Cluba non-profit organization designed to provide activities for inner-city children ages 7 to 17.
Pacesetters cycling team is also partnered with a professional cycling squad, Team Type 1, whose mission is to disseminate knowledge and improve the lives of others with Type 1 diabetes.

Educational and Artistic Funding
Pacesetter has also sponsored or provided funding for the following educational programs conducted by the Georgia Commission on the Holocaust:
- "What are the Lessons of the Holocaust?" - An art and writing contest for Georgia Middle and High School Students (in cooperation with the Georgia Department of Education)
- "Anne Frank in the World: 1929-1945 - Lessons for Humanity" (co-sponsored by Kennesaw State University)
