Cold Rolled Steel

• Pickled hot roll is reduced at ambient temperature. It is then annealed to soften the steel, and is then temper passed.
            - Temper passing imparts a finish and finalizes the mechanical properties of the steel.
• Ordering Options:
            - Exposed or unexposed (used to be called Class 1 and Class 2)
            - Finish: Regular matte, light matte, commercial bright
            - Always oiled
• Full Hard Cold Roll is ordered without annealing and without temper passing.
