 Team Pacesetter Chicago offers steel fabrication services such as: blanking, punching, notching and shearing services for steel materials such regular steel, minimum, and zero spangled steel, galvanized, bonderized, cold rolled, aluminized and galvalume steel.
Steel Blanking
The steel blanking process lines maintain dimensional stability with digital readout knife positioning slitters, motorized grip feeds and Butech slitter choppers. The high volume blanking equipment include stacking stables with built in scales and automatic pallet shifting for continuous operation.
CNC Punching
Pacesetter's high-speed, hydraulic punch press can produce complex metal forms with diameters up to 3.5". The combination of CAD/CAM software and a speed rating of 1000 hits per minute make our punching process ideal for both high volume production and short-run, pre-sheared blanking applications.
Steel Shearing Services
Thickness: 0.015" to 0.187"
Shear squareness tolerance: +/- 1/32"
