Atlanta Steel Service Center - Cut-to-length

Pacesetter Atlanta manufactures cut-to-length steel for coil widths up to 60" and outgoing sheet lengths between 4" and 120". Our mini cut-to-length equipment can produce metal in lengths within +/- 1/64" and +/- 1/32" for dry and oiled material, respectively.

For increased throughput and accuracy, the roll feed cut-to-length lines have stacking tables with built in scales and automatic lowering and air regulated blower systems. In addition, each line has strippable applications and oiling capabilities.
