Atlanta Service Center - Steel Coil Leveling
 Pacesetter's Atlanta Service center specializes in steel coil leveling with levelers that are capable of length and diagonal tolerances of +/- 1/64” and +/-1/32”, respectively. For coil thicknesses between 0.015” to 0.099”, our Herr Voss corrective levelers elongate the material beyond its yield point in order to remove internal metal stresses.
Pacesetter’s steel coil leveling equipment has integrated scissor and drop-type type stackers with hydraulic adjustments and oiling capabilities. The resulting steel coils have uniform width and flatness that improve appearances and increases the quality of finishing operations. We ensure the coil leveling process meets our customer’s requirements with quality control procedures that include:
