Aluminized Steel

•  Type 1 = 84% aluminum-balance silicon.
                 - Coating weights: T113 and T140
                 - T1 usually used for high temperature applications.
  
•  Type 2 = Commercially pure aluminum
                - Designated with a 'T2'
                - Much less common than T1. Used for drain pipe. 
  
• Bright, shiny surface. Light spangle pattern.
